This precious little man is 1 today!
What a precious little addition to the Creed family!
Sweet boy, we hope to see you soon and wish you the most special day ever!
We all miss you like crazy so bring your Daddy, Mommy and Thomas to Texas soon!

Last night...

this happened.

All by herself.  Apparently, she wanted to help me empty the dishwasher.

Thank goodness it was clean dishes.

Nana's Day!

"All that I am or hope to be, I owe to my mother."

It's true.

She is amazing.
{circa 1983 on my birthday)

There is something so special about moms and daughters.  Ashley and I think we have the absolute best there is.

{November 2011)

Happy Birthday, Mom!  We all love you to the moon and back and cannot wait to celebrate you this weekend!

School Pictures

Addison had Spring pictures at school a few weeks ago.  She looks like she is 4.  Seriously.

Sorry for the quality - those are just our proofs in case you couldn't tell.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter from the Carsons!

Photos after church are always a must do. Miss A was over pictures.

We had a wonderful lunch and then the kiddos napped.  Unfortunately, the rain also started so we opted for an inside hunt which worked out great!

And that is the end to a wonderful Easter celebration full of so many memories!

Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny came to visit Addison and she loved what she found!

Addison is going to have so much fun with Daddy and those golf clubs.

We love this little girl so much!  Her sweet cheeks and that crazy hair!
(side note:  only one spongy roller survived the night)
After Addison's morning nap, we put on our Sunday best and were off to church.

Roll With It...

...something I had to tell Daddy because he thought I had lost my mind when I pulled out the spongy rollers for Addison's hair.  Addison was getting fancy for Easter Sunday!
It is so much fun being a girl!

Easter Traditions

Easter for the Creed Family isn't complete without dying Easter eggs and baking sugar cookies.  We headed over to Nana's Saturday afternoon to do just that.

First up, baking sugar cookies and decorating them.
Then a break for some fun in the sun!
First time down a slide for this little lady and she loved it!

One of my favorite pictures of these boys in their Ranger gear from Aunt Ashley and Uncle Landon.
After a yummy dinner, it was egg time.  That means serious business.

Thanks Nana for such a fun afternoon!

I cannot wait until all of the Creed cousins can be together again.  We miss Thomas and Shane everyday but we miss them like CRAZY during times like these.  Hopefully very soon!

Next up...getting ready for the Easter Bunny.

Kickin' It

We spent our Saturday morning kickin' it with the Pumas.  It had been a few weeks since we had caught one of Logan's games and boy do they learn so much in just a few weeks!  Logan had a goal and we had so much fun cheering on our #11.

Logan loves Addison and is the sweetest big cousin to her.  He found time for some lovin' in between quarters.

As I mentioned in Addison's 11-month post, she is starting some serious "stranger-danger" and is all about holding onto someone she knows.  This Saturday, it was all about Nana and Aunt Ashley.

Phew....finally snack time for everyone.

More weekend fun to come!

Easter Bunny Take 2

Last week Addison and I met Nana and her cousins at the mall to see the Easter Bunny.  I thought maybe if Addison was with her cousins, she would possible like it a little bit more.  Turns out, Logan and Aiden wanted nothing to do with the Easter Bunny except for a few high fives so we had fun getting our own pictures and having a dinner date as far from the Easter Bunny as we could get.

Deep in the Heart of Texas...

I could not wait to take pictures of our Texas baby in the bluebonnets this year.  As soon as I saw them blooming, I knew it was a must.  And better yet, there was a field just around the corner from our house.  Addison was all about the flowers.  They might have ended up in her mouth a time or two.  Here are some more of my favorites!
