Back in May, we headed south for my cousin's graduation from law school. This was Addison's first time traveling any distance longer than 2.5 hours and her first time staying in a hotel. We were very thankful to have Nana with us to entertain Addison as she boycotted sleeping on the drive down but still did pretty good.
A big congratulations to Meagan on her wonderful accomplishment. She has so much to be proud of! We cannot wait to see what the future holds for this young lady!

After the graduation ceremony Saturday afternoon at St. Mary's, my Aunt Sheri hosted a wonderful celebration at Rita's on the River.
Love both of these pictures of the girls and the guys.
It was so great seeing family we haven't seen in awhile and catching up.

Nana so graciously stayed at the hotel with Addison for bedtime and us "young adults" went out to find some fun and meet up with our cousins. Before we called it a night, we stopped at the Alamo for a little history lesson.
I am not sure what Landon was doing. Maybe a midnight workout?
Sunday morning we packed up and got in a little sight-seeing before heading out.
A river boat tour and lunch on the river - yes, please!
It was a great couple days and a destination we look forward to going back to for many more family vacations.
