A Prosper Christmas

We live in a small "town" in a big city and we fall in love with it more every year.  Prosper puts on an annual Christmas Festival and we have made it a must-do.

The event starts with a parade through downtown that lasts all of 20 minutes ...

Then we head to see Santa.  They had these great legos to play with this year in Santa's workshop.  A parent waited in line for Santa and the kids played.  Genius.

We had to wait all of 5 minutes....
Not even kidding, this was as close as Luke got to Santa this year.  He took an immediate U-turn at first sight, belly out and all.   He did not even want to look at him.

Addison, however, was all about it. She knew exactly what she was going to tell him. Christmas with kids is SO much fun.

Prosper doesn't take any pictures for you, you take your own.  Well, I need practice in the midst of Santa chaos.

Then it was off to the inflatables for Addison... then some face paint...

Some building at the Home Depot tent with Daddy...

Oh the petting zoo... I will never be a fan of the petting zoo.  Ever.

And of course some snacks...

We finished our fun afternoon checking out the fire truck.

Fantastic December weather and a great event.  We will be back next year for sure!
